• You may not use the App to violate any third-party rights.

2. Subscriptions and Billing

• Certain features require a paid subscription or one-time purchase.
• Billing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play, not directly by Builders Garden SRL.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal in your store settings.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple or Google policies.

3. Trials and Free Features

The App may offer a free trial and a limited free tier. Trial duration, free limits, and premium features may change over time.

4. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Builders Garden SRL and protected by intellectual property laws.

5. Disclaimers

• The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Builders Garden SRL is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
